TypeMatchy respects your privacy. This policy explains the information that may be handled when you browse the site or contact us directly.

Browsing information

Analytics tools may record page views, device and browser details, an approximate region, and interactions with the site. We use this information to understand whether pages work and which content people find useful.

Messages you send

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message you choose to send. We use them to respond and to handle the issue you raised.

Paid orders and report delivery

When you buy a relationship report, we process the selected MBTI pairing, report language, order number, payment status, amount and currency, Stripe transaction identifiers, delivery email, and delivery and access status. Stripe handles full card numbers and card security codes; TypeMatchy does not receive or store them.

To send the PDF and secure reading link, the delivery email, message content, and PDF attachment are sent to our email provider, Resend. We also keep the delivery attempts and limited reading and download events needed to prevent abuse, investigate delivery problems, and support an order. These records may include timestamps, hashed network identifiers, and random session IDs. Analytics events do not contain the delivery email, full order number, or secure token.

Secure links and cookies

Email links use a high-entropy random token, and the server stores only its one-way hash. After a link is confirmed, the browser receives a time-limited HttpOnly and Secure access cookie. Clearing the cookie removes access from that browser, but the buyer can request a new link with the order number and checkout email.

Cookies and advertising

TypeMatchy may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, or related services. These providers may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technology for measurement, security, ad delivery, or ad personalization.

Service providers

The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or related services. The paid flow uses Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email. Each provider may process information under its own privacy policy.

Retention and requests

We keep order, payment, delivery, and access records only as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle disputes, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information where the law allows it. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

We may update this page when the site, the law, or a service provider's requirements change. The current wording will remain available here.
