These terms apply when you use TypeMatchy's English content and features. Continuing to browse or use the site means you accept these terms.

Purpose of the content

MBTI compatibility scores and personality guides are provided for general information, self-reflection, and conversation. They are not a diagnosis, professional counseling, or the sole basis for an important personal decision.

Accuracy and individual differences

We work to keep the content clear and consistent, but a type label cannot describe every person or situation. Experience, culture, health, and the actual relationship may lead to a different result.

Permitted use

You may read and share links to public pages for personal use. Do not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale, or present substantial parts of the site as your own work without permission.

Paid relationship reports and delivery

A paid relationship report is digital content prepared for the two MBTI types and language you select. After Stripe confirms payment, we send the PDF to the email address entered at checkout and provide a protected web reading link. Returning to TypeMatchy after checkout does not by itself confirm payment or trigger delivery.

Check the selected pairing, report language, and email address before you pay. Secure links are for the order recipient and must not be published, resold, shared, or used to bypass access controls. You may download the PDF for personal reading, but you may not republish or sell it.

Payment and refunds

The final price, currency, and available payment methods appear in Stripe Checkout. Because delivery of the PDF and reading access starts after payment is confirmed, purchases are generally non-refundable and there is no self-service refund option. Contact us about duplicate charges, paid orders that were not delivered, or a refund required by applicable law.

Stripe and the relevant payment providers handle chargebacks, disputes, and payment reversals under their procedures. We may disable reading access when a payment is reversed or an order is found to be invalid.

Third-party services

The site may use analytics, operational, and advertising providers. The paid flow also uses Stripe to process payments and Resend to send transactional email. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
